On December 6, 2010 in Hall Hotel Avila Mountain Suite at the foot of majestic PN "El Avila" took out an interesting meeting of the Global Water Partnership (GWP) where we were greeted by executive secretary Vitalis Dr. Zoila Martinez, who dispensed invitation to our general coordinator Wilfredo TSU Requena, to hand over legal safeguards of the group to join this important network of global ecological life-support.
